We are pleased to announce the CHS-Family, the newest addition to the SCHURTER active electronic switch range
CHS is designed as as invisible/hidden switch that is installed easily and efficiently (by adhesive sticking) under the user interfaces front panel (with material including non-conductive ones) without any openings needed. It can be programmed to operate without users touching it.
CHS stands for Capacitive Hidden Switch. Capacitive techniques makes all the advantages possible:
1. design freedom on the interface panel. Applicaion device designers has no need to concern about openings for installation
2. can be programmed to touch-less operation for hygienic purpose
3. easy/fast installation by adhesive sticking on the back of the interface panels
4. interface panels are easy to clean
5. water insensitive
6. wide operating temperature
7. 3 variances available.
i. without illumination version with <6mm mounting depth.
ii. with optical feedback by various colors and voltages of RGB lighting
iii. potted version with lighting for demanding use in harsh environment
